2. Order Cancellation

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team promptly.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of Ayurvedic medicines, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please provide:
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.

Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
• Damaged or Defective Products: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if it is confirmed to be damaged or defective, a refund or replacement will be offered, as per your preference.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products not in their original condition and packaging.
• Products returned without prior authorization.

6. Shipping Costs

• Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
